Founded as a remedy to an underperforming industry, Trophy Room Title was created with a simple vision in mind. The vision, which was brought to fruition by our leadership, is to offer a simple and effective approach to the stagnant Title, Escrow & Settlement services industry. We want all parties of the transaction to win, and in order to meet that goal, we must consistently provide championship level service. We understand that each transaction that comes across the desk is unique and should be treated as such. We are in the business of people, and we have an expectation to make life easier for each party involved in the transaction. You will receive updates from our team, have access to our transaction tracker portal and know that there is a readily available escrow team overseeing each transaction

Convenience    -Convenience starts with our team bringing the closing to you! We will send one of our trained team members, with documents in hand, directly to you. We understand that, in this ever evolving world, coordinating daily activities can be a daily nightmare. We believe that providing a 24/7/365 mobile closing option, lets us make things easier by working around your schedule! 

Cost Savings    -Cost Savings is a vital piece to our business model. Though not discussed often in the Title & Escrow world, title fees are a real (expensive) thing. We are proud to say that our title fee structure is amongst the lowest in the industry. These low fees allow for us to provide value to clients that can (A) be in a mortgage situation that is tight on fees for a certain file allowing us to help with approval (B) A new buyer who can use the additional $700 for a new couch or Television (C) A client who just likes to save money. Whatever it may be, we will work to help you cut out the unnecessary fees.
